About This Program

The I LIKE ME Reentry Program supports youth and young adults as they transition from incarceration back into the community. The program provides wraparound support, life skills training, mentorship, and connection to resources—all while affirming participants' dignity and worth. Recognizing that successful reentry requires addressing trauma, building skills, and creating community connections, the program takes a holistic, long-term approach to supporting participants.
