About This Program
The I LIKE ME Bedside Intervention program meets young people during critical moments—when they're hospitalized due to violence, crisis, or trauma. This intensive intervention provides compassionate support, resources, and connection during vulnerable times to catalyze positive change and reduce recidivism. Trained facilitators provide trauma-informed crisis support, help youth process their experiences, connect them to resources, and create plans for moving forward. Follow-up support ensures continuity of care beyond the hospital stay.
